These terms govern use of the Pristine Flooring Estimator. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Estimator output

The platform is a business tool. Measurements, prices, margins, taxes, scope, licensing requirements, installation conditions, and customer-facing documents remain the responsibility of the company issuing the estimate or invoice. Users should verify all information before sending or accepting work.

Free and Pro plans

Free accounts provide the core estimating workspace. Pro features may include customer delivery, client views, acceptance, communication history, and AI-assisted automation. Paid plan pricing and included features may change prospectively, with notice where required.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Access to paid features may be limited if payment fails, becomes past due, or the subscription is canceled.

AI-generated content

AI-generated messages are drafts and may contain errors. Users are responsible for review, accuracy, tone, legal compliance, and final sending. The platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or collection advice.

Acceptable use
