The service may rely on infrastructure and service providers for database/authentication, hosting, payments, transactional email, and optional AI functionality. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

AI features

When a Pro user chooses an AI-assisted feature, relevant document context may be sent to the configured AI provider to draft customer communication. Users should review generated content before sending. Sensitive information should not be added unless necessary for the business purpose.

Data separation and security

Business workspaces are separated by authenticated account and database access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should use strong passwords and protect access to their devices.

Retention and requests

Information may be retained while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. For privacy or deletion requests, use the support page.
